We may process account information (email address, display name and password hash), purchase and license information (product, order reference, payment status and license status), support messages, security and technical information (session data, timestamps and IP-derived security hashes), and Telegram account identifiers only when you choose to link Telegram.

- to deliver licenses, updates, customer support and essential service messages;
- to process payments and maintain transaction records;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized bulk use and security incidents;
- to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes;

4. Legal bases
We process personal data where necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, or where you have given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Royal Project may use hosting, security, payment, email and support providers to operate the service. Depending on the feature used, this can include Cloudflare for security, NowPayments for payment processing and Telegram if you voluntarily link an account. These providers process only the data needed for their service and may have their own privacy documentation.

We retain account data while your account is active and afterward only for as long as necessary for support, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required.
