Terms of Service

Important use rule. Royal Project software is provided solely for lawful, personal use with accounts and data that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. It is not a bulk-processing, account-farming, resale, credential-sharing, or mass-automation service.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Royal Project websites, software, licenses, support channels and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a license or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

2. Limited license

Subject to payment and continued compliance, Royal Project grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the purchased software for its intended functionality. A license does not transfer intellectual-property ownership and may be device-bound or otherwise technically controlled.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Services only with your own accounts, content and data, or with accounts and data for which you have clear, documented authorization from the account owner. You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, devices and linked accounts.

4. Prohibited use

You must not, and must not permit any other person to:

use the Services for bulk, high-volume, repeated or commercial account operations;
operate account farms, resell access, share licenses, distribute credentials or provide the Services to third parties;
circumvent rate limits, access controls, technical safeguards, subscription rules, geographic restrictions or third-party terms;
use the Services to access, scrape, modify, interfere with or automate accounts, content or systems without authorization;
use stolen, purchased, shared, compromised or otherwise unauthorized accounts or payment methods;
reverse engineer, copy, alter, sublicense, lease, distribute or exploit the software except where mandatory law expressly permits it;
use the Services for fraud, harassment, unlawful content, malware, security testing without authorization, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party services and accounts

The Services may interact with third-party websites, platforms, APIs or accounts. Those parties are independent from Royal Project and their own terms, policies, availability, decisions and enforcement apply. Royal Project does not grant you any permission to violate third-party rules and does not guarantee that a third-party service will remain compatible or available.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your actions, accounts, data, configurations and compliance when using the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Project is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, bans, content loss, payment disputes, data loss, third-party enforcement actions or other consequences arising from your use, misuse or configuration of the Services.

7. Enforcement and suspension

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, revoke or terminate access and licenses immediately where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, a security risk, suspected fraud, unauthorized bulk use, or a legal obligation. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to protect the Services, users or third parties.

8. Payments, licenses and refunds

Prices, billing terms and any refund policy presented at checkout form part of your purchase. Once a digital license has been delivered, activated or materially used, Royal Project does not provide voluntary refunds. This does not limit any non-waivable rights that apply under mandatory law.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, compatibility with every device or third-party service, or any particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Project and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, accounts or business opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the Services, law or security requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For legal or support questions, contact [email protected].

Plain-language reminder: use Royal Project only for yourself and only with accounts you are authorized to manage. Do not use it at scale, do not resell it, and do not use it to bypass anyone’s rules or controls.
